We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Campaign Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our Campaign Managers during the influencer’s campaign process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have a strong understanding of social media platforms, and have experience in administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and file management. Responsibilities:

 

*Managing our influencers’ branded content calendars

*Communicating with influencers during the campaign process for content submissions and stats

*Communicating with clients during the campaign process to submit content, stats and confirm invoicing information

*Updating internal sales and campaign reports

*Updating client database

*Providing analysis on campaign results

*Participating in weekly internal meetings as well as client briefing calls

 

Requirements:

 

*Undergraduate education and at least two years of general work experience preferred.

*Excellent time management, organization, verbal, and written communication skills.

*Not fazed by administrative work like organizing files, preparing reports and documents, managing calendars, preparing invoicing information and offering general staff support.

*An interest in social media and influencer marketing.

*Proactive attitude with a passion for client satisfaction.

*Efficient in Google Docs, Google Calendar, Canva, Dropbox, and Asana.

 

This is a full-time salary position ($45.000), 9-5pm, Mon-Fri, hybrid (one mandatory in-office day a week in our Downtown Toronto headquarters), health benefits, 2 week’s vacation + 2 weeks off during the holidays, and growth opportunities.

Requirements:

 

*Minimum of five years in PR, digital marketing, or talent management.

*Excellent time management, organization, verbal, and written communication skills.

*Comfortable pitching clients and presenting in front of groups.

*Superb people skills and an ability to work with all different types of personalities.

Reporting To: Director of Finance

 

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to provide support to our Director of Finance. As an Accounts Assistant, your primary responsibility will be keeping our Quickbooks up to date with our expenses and inputting our creator invoices, as well as keeping the company’s filing system up to date. You will also work closely with the Director of Finance in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring that all payments are processed timely. We provide a hybrid work environment, splitting time between working from home and in our sunny offices in downtown Toronto.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

* Input all expenses, creator invoices into the accounting software (Quickbooks)

* Onboarding new creators to our payroll system

* Updating our accounts receivables, ensuring all our clients are paying their invoices on time

* Manage the company’s filing system, including both physical and electronic files.

* Liaise with vendors and contractors as required to resolve payment issues.

* Assist with budget management and forecasting.

* Perform other administrative duties as needed

 

Requirements:

 

* Experience using Quickbooks and spreadsheets is essential.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

*Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, and a basic understanding of social media/influencers.

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as Google Sheets.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, a bookkeeping certification or education in a related field preferred.

 

This is a full-time salary position ($40-50,000), 9-5pm, Mon-Fri, hybrid (one mandatory in-office day a week in our Downtown Toronto headquarters), health benefits, 2 weeks’ vacation + 2 weeks off during the holidays, and growth opportunities.
