This role includes assisting our Campaign Managers throughout the sales and campaign process, providing support to our creators, maintaining internal reports and our client database. The qualities of the perfect candidate include:

*Undergraduate education and at least two years of general work experience preferred.

*Excellent time management, organization, verbal, and written communication skills.

*Not fazed by administrative work like organizing files, preparing reports and documents, managing calendars, preparing invoicing information and offering general staff support.

*An interest in social media and influencer marketing.

*Proactive attitude with a passion for client satisfaction.

*Efficient in Google Docs, Google Calendar, Canva, Dropbox, and Asana.

*Full-time salary position, 9-5, Mon-Fri, working remotely (Moving back to in-office in our Downtown Toronto headquarters in November), health benefits, vacation, and growth opportunities.
